Film festival
The "Mostra internazionale d'arte cinematografica" is the film festival held annually in Venice, Italy (usually between the end of August and the beginning of September), in the historic Palazzo del Cinema on the Marconi waterfront and neighboring buildings on the Venice Lido and the rest of the lagoon. After the Oscars, it is the oldest film festival in the world: the first edition was held between August 6 and 21, 1932.
